DESCRIPTION:Independence Health & Therapy is hosting the last Caregiver Course of the year on Thursday\, November 18th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at our Woodstock location on Seminary Avenue! This course is open to ALL caregivers\, so if you are a family caregiver or are in the profession of caring for others\, this course is for you! We will be focusing on reducing caregiver stress with a presentation about the use of essential oils from Jennifer Stelter and Jessica Ryan from NeuroEssence\, Christina Murphy\, Program Manager for Independence Health & Therapy will be leading a succulent and painting activity\, as well practicing some meditation exercises with Shannon Guzick\, PTA\, Certified Yoga Instructor\, & Therapies Manager for Independence Health & Therapy. \n\n \n\nWonderful snacks and light refreshments will be provided as well as the opportunity to win your very own MY TOOLBOX from NeuroEssence!
