DESCRIPTION:Rick Copper will be joining us to do a reading of his theatrical script Land of Ice & Snow. It'll be a great time!\n\n\n\nPlease be aware that the script does contain some adult themes.\n\n\n\nBlurb:\n\nHelene\, a woman in her 50s\, lives alone\, but she doesn't consider herself lonely. An avid Minnesota Vikings fan\, she has spent the last few winters in her home obsessed with her Vikings. But when some neighbor women come knocking on her door\, she eventually and somewhat reluctantly lets them into her home. Their excuse is they need a 4th for their Sunday bridge game. She obliges but with the stipulation that it has to be at her house and after the Vikings game that week.\n\n\n\nThe three women Charlie\, Charlemagne\, and Doreen have secrets only known to them\, but Helene has one too. On consecutive Sundays during the fall and winter of 1985\, as bridge turns to poker and beer turns to absinthe\, the secrets slowly come out.
