DESCRIPTION:Reiki Share at Unity\n\nSunday\, August 16th at 11:30 AM\n\nFacilitated by Dawn Hamilton of Infinite Illuminations\n\nTake a moment to pause\, breathe\, and receive.\n\nA Reiki Share is a beautiful\, heart-centered gathering where we come together in community to both give and receive energy in a supportive\, peaceful space.\n\nYou do not need to be Reiki certified to attend.\n\nIf you are Reiki trained\, you are warmly welcome.\n\nIf you are simply curious or feel called to be there\, that is more than enough.\n\nDuring our time together\, we will gather in small groups. One person will relax and receive while two to three others offer gentle\, supportive energy. We will rotate every 10 to 12 minutes so each person has the opportunity to both give and receive.\n\nIt is simple.\n\nIt is peaceful.\n\nIt is sacred.\n\nAnd it can be deeply restorative in ways that are hard to put into words.\n\nThis is a space where you do not have to hold everything together for everyone else.\n\nThis is a space where you are held.\n\nCome receive calming\, supportive healing energy in community   a chance to soften\, release\, and allow your system to reset.\n\nParticipants often leave feeling:\n\n\n	Calm and grounded\n	Lighter and clearer\n	Reconnected to themselves\n\n\nIf you have ever been curious about Reiki\, this is also a wonderful way to experience it before deciding whether you would like to learn more. Dawn will have information available about Reiki Level 1 for those who feel called\, but there is absolutely no pressure. This gathering is first and foremost a space to receive.\n\nCost:\n\n$20 for non-members\, $15 for Unity members\n\nCome as you are.\n\nNo experience is needed.\n\nJust bring an openness to relax and be supported.
