2026 Woodstock Hollow Wine & Coffee Walk (Business Registration)
The Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry is pleased to present the 2026 Woodstock Hollow Wine & Coffee Walk on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1 PM to 5 PM.
The cost to be a wine stop - $200
The cost to be a coffee stop - $125
Coffee stop providing coffee - $75
Cost Includes:
- Wine
- Coffee
- Liquor License
- Insurance for the event
- Advertising
- Listed as a wine and or coffee stop in guide
- Facebook Co-Host
- Volunteer to pour (or you may choose to pour your own)
- Hundreds of guests through your door
You have the option of either providing your own appetizers/snacks or having us coordinate a food sponsor for your location. Please do not reach out to a restaurant to donate the food since we don’t want to duplicate efforts or have restaurants receive multiple asks. Since all wine stops will have food, you don’t need to feed people – just a bite or small sample!
On the day of the event, wine & coffee stop businesses need to provide:
- A covered table for the wine & coffee service
- Ice and bucket for keeping the white wine chilled
- A dump bucket of some kind as not all will like the wine or coffee selection
- Trash can for garbage
- A table for appetizers or snacks (If you choose not to provide your own food, you will be assigned an appetizer sponsor. You will need to provide them space to promote their business)
- Create a unique offer, sale, or promotion that sets you apart and keeps customers coming back for more. Make your business the one they remember and want to visit again!
Business registration deadline is 12:00 p.m. on October 1st
