Clay Creations- A Monthly Themed Pottery Project
This class will cater to both beginners and experienced hand builders. It will incorporate a special project based upon the season. Students will be guided through hand building, creating functional and sculptural ceramic work, all without using the wheel. Projects may include magnets, cups, bowls, plates and much more. Students will learn basic construction techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slabs, as well as basic surface design exploration. This class is the perfect opportunity for creatives. All materials are included. This class will have a seasonal theme.

May- 5/14- Spring theme, June- 6/11 - Patriotic Theme - Red, White and Blue Berry Bowl, July-7/16 County Fair Theme, August- 8/13 Fall Theme, September- 9/10 Mug Theme. October- 10/8 Halloween Theme, November- 11/12 Thanksgiving Theme, December- 12/10 Holiday Theme.
Book through McHenry County College Community Enrichment, under Personal Development and then Fine Art.
