NAMI Talks: Caregiver Burnout

This workshop helps identify stress, and teaches how to decrease stress levels. We will also cover the importance of self-care, as well as the importance of other services such as respite care. Finally, we will discuss how stress changes our brain, and how we can change it for the better with meditation, self-care and accepting help.
