10th Annual Mexican Independence Fiesta (Business & Vendor Registration)

The Hispanic Connections Group, in partnership with The Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce, is proud to announce the return of the annual Mexican Independence Fiesta, held in the historic Woodstock Square!

Join us as we celebrate Mexican culture and heritage with a day filled with live entertainment, delicious food, music, family-friendly activities, and community fun.

Registration Deadline & Payment for Sponsorship is due by August 1, 2026. If payment is not received by this date space and marketing will not be guaranteed. All sponsors will need to provide a vector logo for marketing materials.

Food Vendors: $500 (electrical hook-up additional $50)
Must have a health permit from McHenry County Dept. of Health and Certificate of Insurance with the Woodstock Chamber & City of Woodstock as additional insured. Secure your spot today as limited food vendors will be admitted.

Booth Vendors: $250
10' x10' booth space, must provide your own table and tent.

Non-Profit Vendor: $100
10' x10' booth space, must provide your own tent and table.
