Cultural differences can shape how employees communicate, how customers interact with businesses, and how people understand one another. Learning to recognize those differences can help create stronger teams, better customer experiences, and more meaningful connections.

In this session, Gigi Kuhn will explore common cross-cultural differences and similarities in the workplace. The presentation will focus on broad concepts rather than one specific culture and will include practical insights for working with employees, customers, and community members from a variety of backgrounds.

The session will include a 30-minute presentation followed by an informal, interactive discussion.

Meet the Presenter:

Gigi Kuhn is the founder and senior teacher of gkFRENCH, a French language and cultural education business serving children, teens, and adults. Born in Saigon and raised in Paris, Gigi has also lived and studied in Montreal, London, and Chicago. Her international background, multilingual experience, and more than 22 years of teaching bring a unique perspective to cross-cultural communication.
