"Letting Go" Emotional Release - with Essential Oils

Do you feel weighed down? Sometimes? Most of the time? All the time?

So many times we are either told to keep our emotions to ourselves or we don't take the time to deal with them.

Emotions are our minds way of dealing with things. Wouldn't the world be boring without them? If we don't acknowledge and deal with some of them (realease) they will be stored in different areas of our body. We go over more about this in our class.

This class uses a very simple guide for "letting go" of some old emotional baggage, releasing, allowing the up-lifting feeling of peace and emotional freedom to take root.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily and comfortably access your chest and belly button. All cell phones and electronic devices will be left in another room and silenced.

Plan on leaving the oils on over night as they will continue to work for hours. Bring a note book to write your responses to each step in the process.
