Enjoy a yoga class in Peaches' Meadow with the beauty of nature and the senior dogs of Young at Heart in Woodstock IL! 

This exclusive one hour yoga class in the beautiful natural play area at Young at Heart is followed by a 30-minute social with the senior dogs. Experience relaxing, gentle movements combined with breathing and posture exercises. 

No yoga experience is needed! Bring lots of water and a yoga mat or a towel.
