Outdoor Yoga at Young at Heart

Enjoy a yoga class in Peaches' Meadow with the beauty of nature and the senior dogs of Young at Heart in Woodstock IL. This exclusive one-hour yoga class in the beautiful natural play area at Young at Heart is followed by a 30-minute social with the senior dogs. Experience relaxing, gentle movements combined with breathing and posture exercises. No yoga experience is needed! Bring water and a mat or a towel. Class is offered monthly from May to September. A ticket is required and is nonrefundable. If a class is canceled due to rain, the ticket can be used on a future date. A limited number of participants per class and all covid safety measures will be followed.
