We are all connected by some form of unresolved guilt, fear, anxiety, grief, trauma, shame, illness, pain, emotional issues, and uncontrolled habitual behaviors. Wrecked lives appear out of nowhere or can be chronic in nature. There are solutions to unwanted circumstances, but more often than not, guilt, shame, and the fear of asking for help keep people from finding them. Traditional methods often attempt to treat only the symptoms, rather than addressing the whole person’s mind, body, and spirit.
