Ribbon Cutting & Chamber Mixer Request Form
Ribbon cuttings and Chamber Mixers are great opportunities to introduce your business, celebrate a milestone, and connect with the local community.
We recommend that your business be open for at least one month before hosting an event and that requests be submitted at least four to six weeks in advance to allow time for scheduling and promotion.
Ribbon cuttings are typically scheduled on Tuesdays, with preferred times of 12:00–1:00 PM, 4:00–5:00 PM, or 5:00–6:00 PM. If a Tuesday does not work for your business, please reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss other available options.
Chamber Mixers can be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, with preferred times of 5:00–6:00 PM or 5:00–7:00 PM.
Due to scheduling, administrative, and promotional needs, Ribbon Cuttings and Chamber Mixers cannot be scheduled less than four weeks from the confirmed event date.
