Ribbon Cutting & Open House Request Form
Ribbon cuttings and open houses are great opportunities to connect the community to your business. We suggest that your business be open for at least one month prior to the event and recommend scheduling your event at least six weeks in advance.
Ribbon cuttings and open houses are offered ONLY on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, subject to additional availability considerations. Friday, Monday and weekend ribbon cutting services are not offered or supported.
Due to administrative and promotional requirements, the Woodstock Area Chamber does not schedule Ribbon Cuttings or Open Houses less than four weeks out from the date your event is confirmed.
Please complete this form (the more information the better) to be considered for a ribbon cutting and/or open house event. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate team member for review and we will follow up with you.
