The City of Woodstock is excited to announce its search for the perfect holiday tree to adorn the Madison & Lake Ave. roundabout this festive season. We’re calling on the community to help us find a tree that will spread holiday cheer and become a centerpiece for all to enjoy.

Do you have a mature, coniferous evergreen (such as a fir, spruce, or pine) that’s roughly 25-30 feet and full of festive spirit? If so, your tree could be the star of our holiday decorations this year! The selected tree will be beautifully lit and displayed for the entire community to admire.

Why Donate Your Tree?

• Community Pride: Your tree will become a beloved part of Woodstock’s holiday celebrations.
• Professional Removal: Our dedicated Public Works team will handle the safe removal of the tree and ensure your property is restored to its original condition.
• Recognition: You will receive full credit for the donation, and your contribution will be acknowledged publicly.

How to Submit Your Tree

If you think your tree has what it takes to make this holiday season magical, we’d love to hear from you! Please fill out our Tree Donation Interest Form with your contact details and tree information. You will be asked to provide photos of the tree and answer a few simple questions about its size, location, and accessibility.

Once your form is submitted, you may be contacted by the City to arrange a viewing of the tree on your property.
